General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs via our online shop www.redrockriver.com .
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with RedRockRiver, Gerhart-Hauptmann-Str. 103, 32257 Bünde, Germany.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you are making a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance by email or by delivering the goods within 5 days.
3. Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
4. Terms of payment

The purchase price is due immediately after conclusion of the contract. Set-off against counterclaims of the customer that are not recognized or not legally established is excluded.
5th delivery
Delivery is only possible within Germany.
The delivery time is 5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the offer. We will indicate any differing delivery times on the respective product page.
If not all of the products ordered are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, provided this is reasonable for you.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right of cancellation. The exact conditions can be found in our cancellation policy .
8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory liability for defects applies. If the delivered goods are defective, you have the statutory claims. If you are a business owner, claims for defects in newly manufactured items expire one year after the transfer of risk.
Liability for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of our contractual obligations is excluded. This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
9. Data Protection
We process your personal data to execute the contract and in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can view [here].
10. Final provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Contracts between us and you shall be governed exclusively by German law.
If you are an entrepreneur, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships is the registered office of our company.
